Many of you
Many of you have pain related to prolonged static postures stemming from computer work or even after a household task that is slightly more demanding than usual. Others have a bad fall down the stairs. The weekend athlete is often injured following repetitive motions like jogging for too long or too fast for his or her capabilities. Muscle testing performed with each treatment helps me detect the cause of the pain. These tests therefore allow me to provide the proper care for a wide range of conditions.
The high-level athlete
The AK approach also allows me to identify the weaknesses that cause the high-performance athlete’s pain. In addition, Applied Kinesiology muscle tests also enable me to deconstruct a painful sports movement or a bad fall to help determine the best treatment. AK analysis can also identify and address silent weaknesses (not causing any pain) to improve athletic performance.
From pregnant women to infants, children and teenagers
I also have well-established treatment protocols to not only alleviate pregnant women but also better prepare them for an easier birth. In the newborn, chiropractic assessment complemented by the AK approach makes it possible to sort out small problems (like a collarbone or hip subluxation) to prevent bigger problems in childhood. I also have a great deal of success in treating ear infections and bad falls among children and supporting orthodontic treatment in teenagers.
The elderly
Pain is all too often attributed to aging. It is quite possible to test, treat and strengthen an elderly individual’s muscles with appropriate exercises to try to restore or maintain his or her autonomy. Safe and gentle manipulations using the activator are more than indicated and highly suitable for this age group.
In sum, I treat any health problem that is non-surgical and certain organic dysfunctions. Using the applied kinesiology (AK) approach allows me to provide accurate chiropractic treatments. My goal is to achieve encouraging results in a minimal amount of treatments.
